Family History
The applicant's family history may be examined. Derogatory information such as, but not limited to, domestic violence, divorce, child support and immediate family criminal histories will usually be evaluated on a case by case basis.
The applicant will normally be required to provide the names, addresses and contact telephone numbers for the following: Mother and father, step-mother and step-father, current and/or former spouses, current and/or former mother and father-in-law, brothers and sisters, step-brother and step-sisters, and children born to or living with the applicant.
The applicant may also be required to list the names and addresses of all persons with whom he/she has resided with whether they be relatives or not.
